The challenge
Small hill-country stays were running bookings over WhatsApp, rates in a register and kitchen orders on paper. They needed one simple system to run a property of up to 20 rooms — without the cost or complexity of enterprise hotel software.
Our approach
We built a lightweight, mobile-friendly admin console that puts the whole operation in one login: a live dashboard, bookings across every channel, an availability calendar, room status and rate control, F&B orders, menu and pricing, and role-based staff access.
